BRT label with incomplete address
Hello, I sold an item and for the first time it happened to me that the buyer chose a pickup point. I go to buy the BRT label through Ebay shipping manager and I notice that the address contains an eCP code. When I go to print the generated label, the address is incomplete; it shows the first and last name, the eCP code for pickup, but part of the street and the house number are missing. What should I do? Is the label still valid? Can I fill it in by hand?
