I had ordered some shoes (unfortunately they don't fit me), I asked the guy who sold them to me countless times to send me a return label since I only have the shipping one, but he replies with the SAME message every time as if he were a bot... I wouldn't know how else to get one though. In the message he told me he reassures me about the refund, but without a return label I can't proceed
The return was accepted.. but if I click on the site to select the item for which I'm going to create the label, it says that it's not there for some reason, even on eBay's site it says that the item has been delivered but it doesn't say that it has arrived (even though it clearly has): maybe that's why it won't let me select the item? I wouldn't know...

Mentore1 year agoIf the shoes you received are the size you ordered, but they don't fit, you have to return them at your own expense.
