After removing the inability to make a return, then resolved thanks to you!An email tells me I can open the return procedure - doneAnother email informs me that the refund has already been issued (unfortunately, that’s not true).A subsequent email invites me to generate the return label and I do so, choosing the shipping method (within 48 hours), paying and printing the label.Once I arrived at the chosen post office, it wasn’t possible to drop off the little box, with the return and the label.The reason is because it was not "registered" I tried with the scanner, even entering it manually!!!Nothing doing, it didn’t recognize it! Where, how, what had I done wrong?last time the return went smoothly...Thank you in advance for the help provided.Good evening.Arik.
