Unused return label — can I get a refund?
Summary: A discussion was started by teod_1913 regarding the possibility of getting a refund for an unused return label. marioelegio replied, but no details were provided in the visible conversation.
Hello everyone.
I sold an item, and the buyer told me he wanted to return it because it was damaged (in reality it had a small defect). He made the return, I correctly accepted it and printed the label, paying for it out of my own pocket. 10 minutes later he tells me he is keeping the item and has closed the return request. At this point the payment should also be released, but I wanted to ask: is it possible to get a refund for the label I paid for and which at this point is no longer useful for anything?
Thanks,
Luca

Mentore8 months agoYes, the return label can be refunded.
If you bought it on eBay shipping from Packlink .... https://support-ebay.packlink.com/hc/it/articles/208374049-Posso-cancellare-una-spedizione-gi%C3%A0-pagata
If you bought it on eBay returns from Parcel2go ...
How can I request a refund?
If you purchased a return label and decide not to use it, you'll need to cancel it before dropping off the package. To cancel a label, contact the support center of Parcel2go https://resi.ebay.it/help-centre
