Shipping label. How does it work?

Last night I sold an item on eBay and created a shipping label. Once the process was completed, the package was shown as shipped, along with a shipping code. I had booked a home pickup for tomorrow, but I don't know what happened. The courier has no record and is asking me for the pickup booking code, which I can't find in the emails. What do you recommend I do?
