Black shipping label
Good morning everyone.
For some time now, when I try to print the shipping label (I use the Bartolini service with eBay), instead of the label it prints a black smudge.
I don't think it's a problem with my printer, because when I print other things everything comes out fine.
I tried taking a screenshot and the label prints, but the problem is that then Bartolini's scanner can't read it (I went there with the label in a screenshot and it couldn't read it).
Does anyone know how to fix it?
