Label not received for the shipment

I paid for the shipping label but I didn’t receive it so I can’t ship the package. What can I do? Thanks

Ask the seller who sold you the label.

If you are a seller and you bought the label on eBay shipping, only Packlink sells them ....... https://support-ebay.packlink.com/hc/it

If instead you are a buyer who purchased a return label on eBay, you need to ask Parcel2go: https://resi.ebay.it/help-centre
