Invalid label
I bought a label through eBay to ship a product via Poste Italiane, with parcel pickup at home, but the courier didn’t show up, so I went straight to the post office. There, though, they told me the label wasn’t available, as if it had never been sold. Has this happened to anyone else, and if so how did you solve it?

But didn't you go to the post office with the one you purchased, then downloaded and printed?
Are you sure it was an Italian Post label and not an SDA one?
Even though they're the same thing now, they're different... SDA can't be sent from a post office.

OP2 years agoI went with the one that was provided to me at purchase, I had selected home pickup but the courier never showed up, neither on the day selected for pickup nor in the following days. It was probably SDA; in the end I had to cancel the label and the sale, since I couldn't go to SDA and it wasn't possible to ship at the post office.
