Label to return an item after a refund for a non-compliant item

Hello.

I received a refund of €60 for a perfume that does not match the listing.

eBay sent me a message saying that the seller cannot send a label.

Can you tell me what I should do?

Hello,

if the reason was non-compliance, contact the seller and explain that you will keep the perfume available for him to pick up at his expense.

If he does not do so within a time you consider reasonable, you will then be forced to get rid of it.
