what do I do, I went to submit it and it told me it wasn't valid

Maybe it was a label for home pickup or delivery to an SDA center.

Only you know which of the two services you bought from Packlink ....

The Poste Standard Delivery and Pickup in the Punto Poste Network (shop2shop) and Poste Standard Pickup Point and Home Delivery (shop2home) services do not include pickup at home. You will need to ship from any Post Office.
The Poste Express Delivery Point and Home Pickup (home2home), Poste Standard Delivery Point and Home Pickup (home2home), Poste Standard Home Pickup and Delivery to Punto Poste (home2shop) and Poste Crono Internazionale services include home pickup by SDA. If you do not want to wait for home pickup, you can drop off the goods at an SDA Branch (not Kipoint or PuntoPoste) following the labeling instructions.

it's happening to me too, a real mess, I had to block the departure of
all the packages, the sites are creating already existing labels that
also show as delivered last week, I'm waiting for a reply to understand
how to fix this mess they created
