Never received the item. I requested a refund using the EBAY guarantee, and the only response I received was that too many days had passed since the complaint. I asked for a refund after three days from the item not being received and was told that the dispute had been opened. I waited until today (a month) and they told me it was too late and Ebay had closed the dispute. So much for the Ebay guarantee, congratulations........

Mentore2 years agoIf you use a procedure that eBay adopts for your protection, you also have to read how it works... you can’t complain without knowing how it was supposed to be used!
From the opening of the request you had 21 days to ask eBay to step in... a month has passed, so of course eBay tells you it’s too late!
