Possible reimbursement of expenses

Hello, I asked the following question to a seller: Hi, I placed this order paying in full... I think I should still get a refund for the shipping and import fees, having already paid them with the previous item - Thanks, sorry.

The gist is that I didn't order two items together, because after a little while I changed my mind about one...

He replied: I do not charge shipping and packaging costs in the United Kingdom for these items. The shipping costs and import duties you pay are charged by EBay from their warehouse in the United Kingdom to your home in Italy, so you should contact them for a refund. Regards Pat
