Avoid eBay
Not only did they damage the item I sold, and I had to accept the return because the buyer has the "Ebay Guarantee", so I had to pay the return shipping and now Ebay is taking 5% on a sale that never happened.
Avoid Ebay, other sites are much better. There will always be dishonest buyers, but at least they don't take a percentage on sales that didn't go through.

Mentore3 years agoIf you don't refund a return voluntarily, ebay keeps the fees... those are the rules, all you had to do was read them!
So there's no point complaining... on other sites it would be the same!
