Failed to ship my order
good day, please I placed and order on a phone since last week, and since that that I have been trying to reach the seller to know when his going to ship the order I didn’t receive any response from the seller I need my refund back please since the seller is not responding to messages and he has not ship the order since last week

Mentore2 years agoYou can get a refund once the estimated delivery date has passed by opening a report:

If it does ship and the seller does not accept returns, you’ll have to keep it, or send it back at your own expense.
