Good morning everyone.

I bought 2 helmets specifying sizes M and L

But both arrived in size M.

While carrying out the return procedure, I made a mistake in one of the steps and first confirmed and then canceled.

Now it won’t let me do it again,

The seller rightly says that for the return you always have to go through eBay channels; in fact, I wrote to them 3/4 days ago but nothing.

How should I solve this?

On eBay you can't do anything anymore.

When you cancelled, you also confirmed that you wanted to cancel, knowing that you wouldn't then be able to open other return procedures.

Now you can use the payment method guarantee:

If you paid with Paypal or Klarna, you can open a dispute on their site for item not as described.
If you paid by credit card, contact your card issuer for a chargeback.

The problem is that these guarantees cover the item, but (unlike eBay) the return shipping costs will be at your expense.
