False Reason for Return
I put a game pass subscription up for sale. The customer, having not read the description, when the product arrives decides to start a return request with the reason "received the wrong item" commenting "I am requesting a return of the product because it is not what I paid for", but everything regarding the item was written in the description. Even so, the customer did not want to hear it and was asking for a refund, blaming me for what happened. How can I solve the situation? Since the product sent is totally in line with the description and this is only a mistake on the buyer’s part. Am I forced to accept the return?

Mentore3 years agoTo sell something in digital format, you first have to go through eBay and you have to prove that you own the sales rights to everything you want to list.

Mentore3 years agoYes, also because what you're selling is illegal, both because you're a private seller and because you're not authorized to sell digital items!
It would have been enough to open a request for item not received... how would you prove delivery?
