This message of mine is addressed to everyone who uses eBay to buy, but also to those who are just starting out and intend to post an ad or want to buy a product. For years now, we consumers have become like victims of pseudo-sellers who take our money in advance and not only do not ship the goods, but also become unreachable. Here the question is addressed to the staff and those responsible at eBay: why do you keep protecting these sellers who keep stealing money from people? The reason could be because they pay for listings or maybe they have a monthly subscription and that works in their favor..
I’ll propose the solution myself, dear users: be very careful where you buy your products, read the negative feedback and buy only from those who are reliable and honest. Caution is necessary because as a consumer I feel poorly protected.

eBay does not protect fraudulent sellers; if buyers follow the correct procedures, they are almost always fully refunded, without losing anything.
The problem is also that almost no one reads the rules thoroughly before buying.
