Absurd fact
Hello everyone, something absurd happened to me. On August 6th, I made a sale, the next day I shipped it, and around August 11/12 I received feedback from the user, saying that they had received the order and that everything was ok.
Yesterday, on September 18th, I received a private message from the same user, telling me that they still haven't received the item. It seems like a complete joke to me. What does it mean that after more than a month this is being reported to me?
Then I add that it should not be possible that once feedback has been left, especially positive feedback, it should still be possible to complain about the item

Only proof of delivery would save you from the refund.
Without proof of delivery, feedback is irrelevant and the buyer can still open a dispute.
This isn’t the first time someone has left feedback for the wrong seller.
