Returned the item 20 days ago and still no refund
I placed an order on October 26, on November 7 the courier sent by the seller arrives for the return. He gives me a tracking number that can’t be tracked, and even SDA can’t find anything. Yesterday, November 26, I wrote to the seller and he tells me that it has arrived and that I have to wait for eBay’s processing times for the refund. By now I’ve been contacting eBay support for a long time and they’re not helping me, what do you do in these cases?
