I accidentally placed an order, I canceled it right away but the seller won’t accept the cancellation even though the order hasn’t been shipped. What should I do?

I accidentally placed an order, I canceled it right away but the seller won’t accept the cancellation even though the order hasn’t been shipped. What should I do?

Mentore2 years agoAs a buyer, you can't have canceled any order; you may have made a specific request and, as is only natural, the seller may also not accept it.
If therefore they send you the item and accept returns, you can return it at your own expense; otherwise, you'll have to keep it.
You made a mistake and it's right to take responsibility for it and not pass it on to the seller.
