Invoice not sent
I requested the invoice made out to the company, but it’s arriving by email addressed to the individual and not in the electronic tax drawer, so I can’t download it. How can I solve this? Since the seller says they can’t change the invoice once it’s been issued.

Mentore3 weeks agoYou need to take it up with the seller. If you only gave them your company details with VAT number and code, they shouldn’t have issued you a personal invoice.
Send a formal reminder (via certified email or registered mail) asking for the immediate issuance of the document according to the instructions he received.
