Invoice for an item purchased 18 months ago
Good morning everyone, I have this question for those who definitely know more than I do. I bought an iPhone a little less than two years ago but I can’t find the invoice anymore, what can I do about the warranty? Let me explain better: do you think that if I ask the seller for it, they’ll be able to send it back to me, or if I go to an Apple store will they be able to tell that it’s still under warranty?
Thanks everyone for the help.

Mentore3 years agoIf the invoice had been requested and issued by the seller, you might also find it in the AdE tax drawer.
Anyway, the invoice is of little use; Apple has a 12-month commercial warranty and the 24-month legal warranty can only be given to you by the seller.

So after a year, you can no longer go directly to a service center, but have to go through the seller.
