Invoice without coupon discount applied
Good morning, I made a purchase applying a coupon with a 10% discount. However, the invoice arrived at full price and the seller says that eBay applies the discount, so for him it is correct this way. But I don’t have any match between what I paid and what is written on the invoice. In accounting terms it’s a problem (also for VAT, which is applied to the full price but I could deduct less). How can this be resolved?

the seller can't solve the problem for you, what they told you is correct.
Contact eBay support... but I doubt they'll solve the problem for you, since they don't issue invoices to buyers:

Or else you return it at your own expense, get a credit note and buy it again at full price...
