Good morning, we are requesting that the seller issue the invoice for the purchase. How should we communicate the billing details to the seller

Good morning,

for invoicing you need to send the details to the seller via a very simple message... as if you were asking them a question.

In any case, you should remember that not all sellers can issue it; you need to make sure they are an EU professional.

Check that the seller can issue an invoice: Professional seller with registered office in an EU country.
Contact the seller (https://www.ebay.it/help/buying/resolving-issues-sellers/contattare-un-venditore?id=4021&st=3&pos=1&query=Contattare%20un%20venditore&intent=contatta%20venditore&lucenceai=lucenceai&docId=HELP1051), make your request to them and give them all the necessary information for issuing the invoice.
Complete the purchase.
