Billing
As specified on the seller's page, when purchasing a phone I requested that the invoice be issued by sending my details. More than a month after the purchase, I am still waiting for the invoice, and the seller now doesn't even reply to my messages anymore. What should I do now..also in the event that a warranty repair is needed, given that apart from the Postepay payment I have no proof of purchase?

Mentore2 years ago... or, since electronic invoices exist, have you checked your tax drawer at the Revenue Agency?
Sending the courtesy copy is not mandatory!
Kind regards.

Mentore2 years agoThe party responsible for the legal warranty is always the seller (if EU-based and professional), even without an invoice. To prove the purchase, the eBay or PayPal receipt is enough.
The problem, if anything, is the manufacturer's commercial warranty. If the seller was a professional based in the EU, you could ask for a return for non-conformity (the absence of the invoice required with the purchase). Now it is too late on eBay, try through the PayPal site.
