hello, I made a purchase on eBay of a laptop, I did not receive the invoice or a document proving the purchase and the date, now I need a warranty repair and I don't have the documentation I need to show the technician to start the work to restore and fix the item in question, thanks in advance, I look forward to your reply or simply some advice on how to solve the problem.

Mentore11 months agoThat seller in Shenzhen, 广东省, 518000, China wouldn’t have been able to issue a valid invoice or even a receipt, even if you had asked for one at the time of purchase.
Most likely, service centers will also refuse any warranty repair on a product that you imported outside the official channels.
The listing stated a 12-month warranty, but you’ll have to contact the seller directly and only Chinese regulations will apply.
