Billing of shipping and import costs
Good afternoon everyone
who should I contact to get an invoice or (at the very least a receipt) for the shipping and import costs for a purchase? The seller only sent me the receipt for the item I bought, but not for those other costs. Should Ebay handle it? And if so, how do I make a request?

Mentore1 year agoThe invoice for import charges, if any, should be provided by the courier.

Mentore1 year agoEbay issues invoices only for VAT collected in the case of purchases worth less than 150 euros (shipping included).

If the item is located in the EU, the purchase price includes VAT, where applicable.
In cases where eBay has collected VAT, you will see VAT included in the order total at checkout. In addition, the tax invoice will be available and downloadable from the Order Details page in the Purchase History.
