eBay can't help you, it doesn't issue purchase invoices!
This type of document must be specifically requested and only from a professional EU seller from whom you are buying... before purchasing, it is good practice to ask whether they can issue an invoice and, during the purchase or immediately afterwards, you should request it by providing the details needed to issue it... the important thing is that the request is not made after 24 hours from the purchase.
If these are purchases from 2022, then not even the various sellers will be able to help you... it's too late!
