FedEx made me pay €65 in additional fees upon pickup
Is there a possibility of getting back the VAT, customs duties, and administrative fees that the seller had not told me would be my responsibility?

Mentore1 year agoThe seller was not supposed to tell you anything.
Under international regulations, distance sales are considered to take place at the seller's registered office.
Then it is the buyer who is responsible for importing the goods into their own country, paying all the taxes due. That's how it's always worked.
