Negative feed
Hello, there is a user who bought an item from me and left negative feedback, but he didn’t open a case. He wanted to return the item privately by message. He said that he would make other accounts to buy from me and leave me negative feedback. I found a person with serious problems, I think, because I was inclined to resolve the issue with him even though it seemed doubtful to me, actually his feedback was definitely fake. I reported it but nothing happened. Can I post the eBay username here?

Mentore3 years agoNo, you would be violating the forum rules.
The buyer is free to open or not open return requests... just as they are free to leave feedback that complies with the site's rules.
I’d say your reply is more compromising... and remember that sellers don’t choose buyers!
I’d also add that you should be careful about what you sell... some items are prohibited and you can’t sell them!
