I sold an item in France, shipped with Bartolini, on 17/11/2024 they make the first delivery attempt, the buyer refuses, on 23/11/2024 Bartolini delivers and the buyer signs a delivery note.

to this day he leaves me negative feedback saying he never received the item and calls me a thief.

all very strange

Ask for the feed to be removed because it is defamatory.
