Good morning, I bought and immediately paid for an item, but having not received the item and no information or clarification from the seller, I opened a dispute and received the corresponding refund. When I tried to leave negative feedback for the seller, I found that he had already been given positive feedback, even in German, but not by me. Can anyone explain this to me or tell me who I should ask at eBay?

The same feed in German that you left for the various items purchased from the other seller?

The feed was released identical and among the others, doesn't it seem possible that you released it by mistake?

Mario, good morning and thanks for your reply. I checked before writing the request; I don’t use German for feedback, not everyone reads it. I use Italian, English, or abbreviations like AAA +++. I also checked that I hadn’t entered it by mistake along with other feedback, but at that time I didn’t have any other sellers under review. Anyway, it’s very strange. Is it possible that Ebay leaves feedback on behalf of the buyer after closing the dispute? This seller was very dishonest, he received payment right away but then never showed any sign of life again, no communication, even though after the purchase he listed new items in his shop.

It seems incredible that a user with your experience doesn’t know the basic pages of eBay, including the one to see the feedback he himself has left.

Hi Mario, you're right, but it was the first time something like this had happened to me and I’ve never dug into Ebay’s info, unfortunately, I have limited computer skills.

Now I’ve checked and you’re right, I entered the feedback by mistake at the same time as for another seller.

I can’t change the feedback but I can add a note because the seller really behaved badly, by not shipping the item (paid for right away) and especially by not giving any kind of communication. What a shame!!!
