OP1 year agoHi, thanks for the reply. I understand that it's not mandatory, but of course whoever sells doesn't come across as "professional"... and loses a potential customer.

Mentore1 year agoProfessionalism lies in the service, not in leaving feedback, which is indeed optional, unlike the service.
If the latter is impeccable, there’s no reason not to use it just because of a missed feedback. What’s being sold is an item/service, not a feedback.
