Fake feedback: is it possible?

I received a purchase offer from a user who has 314 positive feedback and 0 negative or neutral. Some are identical to each other despite two different nicknames. The buyer in question says he is unable to be at the PC every day and asks to be contacted by email. Is it possible that the guy is a scammer? In my opinion it's pretty obvious, but doesn't eBay do anything to check for possible fake reviews?

Good morning,

a user can only be a buyer... so all positive feedback.

The fact that he has 314 means that he has had activity on the marketplace.

If he has a lot of identical feedback or from the same user, it may mean that he has bought several items from the same seller.

So why worry about the scammer?

You could be one too... from this zero-feedback account you have nothing for sale and have never sold anything...
