Hello, I received negative feedback from a buyer because instead of shipping the item he had won and paid for, I preferred to refund him since, being unable to because of an injury and with the holidays in between, I wouldn’t have been able to ship within the expected time!
I’m wondering, is it normal that eBay allows negative feedback to be received even if you issue a refund? Among other things, the feedback actually says: don’t buy from her, she refunds without shipping 😅 or something like that. In short, it’s absurd! Thanks for the replies
