I left negative feedback for a seller because, for auctions I had won, he didn’t make a combined shipment, saying that eBay wouldn’t allow him to do it
he then offered me to pick up the item in person, saying though that he wouldn’t sell it to me for less than a certain amount (a higher value than the one won in the auctions)
I refused, and left him negative feedback
feedback that is no longer there now, but even from the very moment I left it, half an hour later it wasn’t there
I contacted eBay and they told me that they could read the feedback and that it was only under review
I asked whether I had written something wrong and they told me no, it was a polite and calm comment and that the seller was 100% in the wrong
so why, a week later, is this feedback still not there ???

Mentore1 year agoIf you have not made the payment, the transaction has not been completed and therefore the feedback is not published, since the feedback itself refers to a completed transaction.

OP1 year agoso why did eBay support side with me, saying that he violated one of the important rules, namely making a deal and selling outside of eBay?

Mentore1 year agoBecause sometimes they don't even know what they're saying... the fact is that the feedback was removed.
