Hello everyone,I received negative feedback with the comment “I still haven’t seen anything” from a buyer, after the order had been correctly canceled and no product had been shipped.Result?- Visible and harmful feedback- A lost review to defend myself- No automatic protectionEven neutral feedback, while not affecting the percentage, remains visible and damages reputation. EBay does not offer tools to remove it, nor to report it as “not relevant”.This system does not protect serious sellers, but leaves room for impulsive and unfounded comments.I ask eBay to step in:- Block feedback on canceled orders- Exclude these comments from the review count- Allow neutral feedback to be reported- Protect those who work transparentlyIf something similar has happened to you, comment.
