Good morning, I had put a small item up for sale for about 16 euros + shipping costs using eBay shipping, which, according to weight and dimensions, gave me about 6 euros for Italy and 10 for the EU. The item was bought from Cyprus, I downloaded the label and it showed me 35, they say 35 euros to ship. At that point, seeing as the sale would have turned into a loss, I cancelled the order and refunded the buyer, losing the eBay fees and oh well. Today I see a negative feedback left by the buyer, I immediately wrote to them asking them to remove it and explaining the reason, I am waiting. Apart from the fact that I don't understand the reason for the f- I refunded them, the buyer lost nothing, but in my opinion eBay also has its responsibilities, having предложed me a rate that then it wasn't able to keep, but it kept the fee!
