Unfairly received negative feedback
In December 2023 I sold a small box for a Nike keychain. I shipped the item regularly, but when the buyer received it, he accused me of not having specified it clearly in the listing. In reality, it was clearly written what it was. He wanted a Nike shoe box. Anyway, I took it upon myself to refund the money spent on the item. He did not return the item to me. The buyer was rude enough to tell me that I needed to learn how to sell on Ebay (so far I have sold more than 2000 items without ever getting a negative feedback). So far, because he wasn’t satisfied, he gave me negative feedback. I wrote to Ebay on December 28, but as of today I have only received a thank-you from Ebay for contacting them. A bit too little. I am very disappointed... Meanwhile, the feedback has brought the feedback percentage down to 95% and we know how much that affects trust in sales. Any advice? Thank you. Silvia

Mentore2 years agoHello,
the support response is based on your question... what was your request?
In any case, you can still reach an agreement with the buyer and, if possible and if you still have any available, you can send them the request to revise the feedback.
Kind regards.
