Neutral Feedback
Good morning,
Granted that I am in favor of distinguishing Feedback if applied logically..
I sold a guy a little hook worth about 15 euros (shipping included)
After about 20 days the guy leaves Neutral Feedback because I had not specified that it was not a used item..
I pointed out to him and to Ebay that under the title the item condition is correctly stated and that nowhere did I write that it was a new item...
This guy also “likes” to leave Feedback, to leave Feedback of different colors...but since I can’t go into the details I’ll just make an observation...
I almost forgot...since the items were of little value, I had given the guy one for free...(but of course I can’t prove that)
The report led to nothing...in the sense that Ebay never replied...
The review led to nothing..in the sense that the guy remains the same..
Why do I have to put up with this Neutral Feedback???

Mentore3 years agoGenerally, customer service only checks whether the feedback is formally correct and whether it violates rules and regulations. They don't get into the merits of what's written.
Try contacting eBay customer service and talking to an operator by chat or by phone. You'll be able to explain the clear inconsistency between the listing text and the feedback.
