Neutral feedback and positive comment, can eBay remove it?

The buyer left neutral feedback, after arguing with me that it was false that he wasn't home at the time of delivery, as could be read on the Poste Italiane website. Afterwards the delivery went through successfully and the buyer commented with "ok", leaving neutral feedback. The question is: can eBay remove this feedback, even though more than 30 days have passed? Thanks
