Dear everyone, a user ripped me off by providing a false address and the items were not delivered.Now, not content with that, he left me negative feedback in which he CLEARLY STATES A LIE, saying that I DID NOT ISSUE A REFUND (but honestly, eBay just thrives on this kind of thing and sent a full feedback reply without even bothering to read where the problem was).And here they keep replying to me with these really annoying copy-paste messages: that it is not possible to contradict what the buyer says!But how!?!? He says that HE DID NOT RECEIVE A REFUND, BUT THIS THIEF WAS CLEARLY SENT ONE DIRECTLY BY THEM!What should I do? who should I turn to besides Altroconsumo, hoping that it’s the only way to get them to move?
