Hello, I left positive feedback for a purchase. But I noticed that compared to before, there are no longer the items like shipping, communication, and leaving feedback for the seller.
The box appeared to me telling me there’s something new where you can describe the item.
So I left feedback for the item; when I sent it, I thought it would take me forward to leave feedback for the seller.
They should have written to leave the rating for the seller and the item together.
That way honest sellers and buyers from less-than-perfect sellers aren’t helped, especially with the lack of feedback for shipping, communication, etc.
And I couldn’t even correct the feedback.
Has eBay become this brief?

Mentore5 months agoIt seems to me that in the last 15 years only the number of characters available for feedback has increased, and the option to attach photos has been added.

OP5 months agoThe number of characters and the insertion of the photo have been increased, but the stars for shipping, communication, etc. have been removed. And as mentioned, there is the field to describe the item without mentioning the seller.
As mentioned, I left the review for the item thinking that for the seller it would be in the next steps. Let’s say it’s poorly indicated.
