Mentore2 years agoAt first this year you had only 3 feedback ratings, all positive. So 100% positive feedback.
Then you got one negative one and your positive feedback percentage dropped to 75%.
They even wrote it to you and you can read it by clicking on the (i) next to your percentage .....
The percentage of positive Feedback is calculated based on the total number of positive or negative Feedback scores received for completed transactions in the last 12 months, excluding Feedback received from the same user during the same week (eBay official time).
Note: this means that the number of Feedback used for the calculation is different from the number shown in the Recent Feedback table that appears on the left.
Positive / (Positive + Negative)
Ratings received by the user in the last 12 months
Positive: 3 Negative: 1
User's positive Feedback percentage
3 / ( 3 + 1 ) = 75%
