Feedback removed
I left negative feedback for the bad experience I had with a seller, but he managed to remove it without my knowledge and without reason (it was perfectly factual, without offense and in line with the rules and Bay). In addition, I was bounced between assistants and Bay with different expertise without any response on the matter to this day. The item in question now also shows as shipped for a long time without having been paid for. The seller pretends not to understand, clearly stalling while already knowing the process. It all seems like a joke.. the validity of feedback seems like a farce and therefore not reliable.

Mentore2 years agoEvidently it wasn't... your judgment may be entirely subjective, going in the opposite direction of eBay's rules.
But it would be more useful to the whole community to explain the reason for the feedback left... the conversation lends itself to several interpretations, such as a simple spite move over an item not shipped...

Mentore2 years agoSellers cannot remove feedback, only eBay can do that, at the seller's request and for reasons it deems valid, and without the buyer's knowledge.
