Fermopoint closed and package delivered
Good morning. Recently I bought a product and chose a collection point as the delivery location. On 11/10/23, the package is marked as delivered. The following day I went to the collection point and found it closed: the shutter says it is closed for technical reasons (???). There is no way to contact them and as of today it is still closed. After calling eBay, I reported the item as not received, even though the seller is not at fault. What can I do at this point? Thanks.

Mentore2 years agoWait 4 working days, hoping that in the meantime the fermopoint reopens, then ask ebay to step in.
