I saw an iPhone 13 for sale at a good price and a professional seller, but if I look for reviews of the same seller outside of eBay he turns out to be terrible, do I trust buying, I have eBay guarantee refund and support ??

the only guarantee ebay can give you is that you receive the item... for the legal guarantee you will always need to refer to the seller... obviously a professional within the EU.
