I’d like to understand, if the delivery has been made and the buyer has signed the receipt confirming the item was delivered, why are the funds still blocked ?????

Mentore3 years agoFor new or infrequent sellers, they remain blocked for 15 days (even if delivery has been made and the buyer has signed the receipt for the completed delivery...).
These are eBay's rules, which you explicitly accepted when you started selling.
