Blocked funds, eBay doesn't help
Hi community, I’m desperate with Ebay. I chatted with them but it seems like they’re pretending not to notice. I sold an item on June 28. It says paid, it was received by the buyer, the buyer said okay, but the funds are blocked. Today, July 12, they’re still blocked. I can’t unlock them and neither can the buyer. I don’t know what else to do. I don’t know where to go. The buyer says maybe DHL has to report something, but report what? Someone help?

Mentore1 month agoNo one needs to unlock anything, it’s enough to read the rules: for new/occasional sellers, the money from the first sales is held as a precaution for about 15 days
