Hello. I opened my eBay account and started selling. The customer paid, received the package, and left positive feedback. Despite this, I see that the money won’t be released until December 4. Why do I have to wait 10 days even though everything is fine?

It’s eBay’s policy, for new and/or infrequent sellers.

Yes. I understand. And in fact I’ve already waited 5 days. But now that the client is satisfied, I really don’t see why they should keep holding the money any longer

In the rules, ebay says 15 days minimum, not 5.

"The hold is removed as soon as the buyer confirms they have received the item or when the dispute is resolved". This is what is stated on the page related to fund holds

New or infrequent sellers will see their transaction pending for the time needed to familiarize themselves with best selling practices. This helps sellers build and create a secure selling history on eBay. New sellers are usually subject to holds for up to 14 days, although sometimes the times can be longer

Let's not confuse the hold in the case of a dispute for item not received (what you're describing) with the suspension of payment for new or infrequent sellers (what Cizeta already correctly explained to you).
